About the Role
The Electrical Estimator will join the data‑center construction team, supporting large‑scale, mission‑critical projects by providing accurate cost estimates and consulting services, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and project teams throughout all construction phases. • Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems in data center projects. • Review drawings, specifications, and scope to determine material, labor, and equipment needs. • Collaborate with project teams to develop cost plans and support procurement. • Provide value‑engineering options based on project requirements. • Conduct cost risk analysis and assist with change control processes. • Review subcontractor bids for completeness and accuracy. • Prepare formal estimating reports with quantities, costs, escalation, and assumptions. • Utilize industry‑standard estimating tools and software. • Stay updated on market trends, supply chain conditions, and electrical systems. • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in a professional environment. • Support development of estimating standards and best practices for data center projects. • Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, permitting, and applicable SOX controls.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in electrical estimating or cost management for construction projects. • Familiarity with electrical systems and construction industry technical matters. • Experience with estimating software (e.g., CostX, WinEst) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing role. • Experience with mission‑critical or data center projects (preferred).

Benefits
