About the Role
• Develop and grow a defined sales territory focused on forestry equipment sales and rentals • Actively prospect new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts • Visit customer sites, evaluate needs, and recommend equipment solutions that drive results • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools • Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences • Explain financing and purchasing options clearly • Travel regularly throughout the assigned region to support customers

What You Bring
• Demonstrate equipment capabilities in real‑world job‑site environments • Field‑based sales experience in B2B, equipment, construction, forestry or related industries • Proven ability to prospect, build, and manage a sales territory • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive, accountability and follow‑through • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software (Word, Excel, etc.) • Ability to operate or learn heavy equipment • Clean driving record and willingness to travel as needed • Flexibility to meet customer schedules, including occasional extended hours
