About the Role
• Serve as the primary WGS and GSCCE subject matter expert, advising system operators on enterprise‑scale SATCOM. • Provide technical analysis, documentation, and informal training for WGS satellites and the Global SATCOM Configuration Control Element. • Lead troubleshooting, integration, test coordination, and resolution of complex program support deficiencies. • Participate in technical meetings, working groups, and spacecraft operations support, acting as the main contract liaison with contractors and U.S. Government personnel. • Develop and maintain procedures for installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of SATCOM equipment per specifications and quality standards.

What You Bring
The company is seeking a Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) subject matter expert to join the team at Schriever Space Force Base. The SME will provide expert technical assistance, analysis, and informal training on WGS satellites and the Global SATCOM Configuration Control Element, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance. • Hold a BA/BS degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience, including 5 years of system design and 10 years of SATCOM experience. • Possess an active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI; U.S. citizenship required. • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of WGS satellite and GSCCE, with strong problem‑solving skills in high‑pressure situations. • Preferred: exceptional ingenuity and creativity in SATCOM operations and maintenance. • Work normal hours (0730‑1630), 40 hours per week, with up to 10 % travel domestically and internationally.

Compensation includes a base salary of $129,800–$162,200 (CO area) with eligibility for bonuses, sign‑on, relocation and incentive payments.
