• Ensure facility operations comply with established policies and procedures. • Coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and provide guidance to staff. • Supervise the site in the manager’s absence and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. • Operate specialized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. • Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety protocols. • Perform general janitorial duties as needed.

Benefits
The Lead position is based in Lordstown, OH, offering an hourly wage of $20, paid weekly. The regular schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., with weekend coverage as needed.
