About the Role
The Leasing Manager oversees all leasing and marketing activities for a property, partners with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and develop strategic marketing plans, leads the leasing team, and ensures effective resident relations and retention. • Lead leasing team to meet occupancy goals and apply effective leasing techniques. • Audit lease files for compliance and accurate documentation. • Resolve resident complaints and implement retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents. • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget, creating campaigns to generate traffic. • Monitor leasing and renewal progress and coordinate leasing events. • Conduct weekly market surveys and maintain knowledge of property, competition, and market conditions. • Assist Community Manager in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of staff. • Ensure staff compliance with company policies and training benchmarks. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor maintenance request response times, and maintain property appearance. • Plan and manage property resources, obtain vendor bids, and ensure timely repairs.

What You Bring
Candidates need a high school diploma (a bachelor’s degree is preferred) and basic computer skills, along with knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements. The role involves frequent standing, climbing ladders or stairs, lifting up to 25 lb, and occasional overtime, weekend, or night work in various environmental conditions.

Benefits
Compensation includes a salary range of $35,000 to $37,000 per hour, a comprehensive total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, commissions, performance bonuses, paid sick days, and company holidays.
