About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of key stormwater initiatives, coordinating closely with the client and multiple stakeholders. He or she will oversee the creation of execution, safety, and quality plans while ensuring program requirements are met across all project phases. • Collaborate with client and stakeholders to deliver stormwater projects. • Develop and maintain Project Execution, Health & Safety, and QA/QC plans. • Define program requirements and monitor deliverables for compliance. • Lead budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for large‑scale infrastructure. • Assign tasks based on team members’ qualifications and provide performance feedback. • Mobilize company resources and assemble cross‑office project teams. • Identify and mitigate cost overruns, schedule delays, and scope changes; manage change orders. • Conduct weekly project status meetings and report milestones, risks, and progress. • Present information effectively to senior leaders and client representatives. • Apply industry best practices and regulatory standards in construction management.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a Master’s or PMP certification considered highly desirable. A minimum of ten years’ experience managing utility programs or large‑scale infrastructure projects, especially in stormwater, is required, along with proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s or PMP certification preferred. • Possess at least 10 years’ experience managing utility or stormwater projects. • Demonstrate proven budget, schedule, and resource management for complex utilities. • Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑organizational environment.
