About the Role
• Support building projects across sectors including arts & culture, aviation, defence, transport, civic, and life sciences. • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to develop innovative, sustainable design solutions. • Deliver mechanical designs, including drawings, specifications, and calculations. • Assist in developing standardized mechanical workflows. • Participate actively in client and group meetings to shape project strategies and build long‑term partnerships.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with a relevant engineering degree and strong analytical skills. The ideal person demonstrates design creativity, commercial awareness and the ability to lead multidisciplinary projects while building strong client relationships. A commitment to teamwork and continuous innovation is essential. • Degree in civil/structural engineering or a related discipline. • Proficiency with structural analysis software such as ETABS or Strand 7. • Strong design creativity and ability to produce technically robust structural concepts while preserving design intent. • Commercial awareness and experience leading structural and multidisciplinary projects through all phases. • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
