About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to work closely with the Project Manager in coordinating and executing project tasks. The APM will help synchronize all project elements, ensuring cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met while learning the industry under the PM’s guidance. The role involves assisting the project manager throughout the project lifecycle, reviewing designs for cost‑saving opportunities, handling daily operational tasks, tracking and reporting status updates, maintaining project documentation and digital databases, ensuring compliance with specifications, and managing budgets, timelines, and meetings. The APM will also liaise with technicians, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients, maintaining positive relationships and adapting calmly under pressure. • Assist project manager in executing management plans • Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion • Review designs and propose cost‑saving ideas • Perform daily operational tasks efficiently • Track and report project status updates • Organize, file, and maintain project documents • Manage digital project databases • Ensure compliance with specifications • Create, manage, and maintain project budgets • Develop and follow project timelines and calendars • Schedule meetings, calls, site visits, etc. • Gather information from technicians, engineers, and contractors • Maintain positive vendor and client relationships • Keep projects on schedule and aligned with client goals

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. • BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (recent graduates welcome) • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and project management software • Organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and calm under pressure
