About the Role
The Security Associate is responsible for protecting the resort’s property and guests by performing inspections, investigations, and patrols, while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting team members. • Perform periodic and random inspections of the building and grounds to protect property from theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents. • Maintain inspection reports and records, advise management of deficiencies, and recommend remedial or disciplinary actions. • Investigate security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards, and prepare comprehensive reports with statements from involved parties and witnesses. • Assist team members, guests, and owners according to department and company guidelines. • Provide outstanding guest/owner service by answering inquiries, directing traffic, giving directions, delivering packages, and solving general problems. • Patrol interior and perimeter of the resort to identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions. • Carry out reasonable requests from management. • Work any night of the week, including weekends and holidays.

What You Bring
Successful candidates must be able to work full‑time, including nights, weekends and holidays, possess strong interpersonal and computer skills for incident reporting, and hold current First Aid/CPR certification, with prior security or law‑enforcement experience preferred. • Perform basic first aid and CPR as needed. • Ability to patrol the property for 8‑9 hours continuously. • Friendly and effective guest interaction skills. • Full and open availability for any shift, including weekends and holidays. • Proficiency with computers and strong verbal and written communication for incident reporting. • Prior security experience in the hotel/hospitality industry (preferred). • Military or law‑enforcement background (preferred). • Current First Aid/CPR certification.
