About the Role
As a key member of the site leadership team, the Human Resources Manager provides strategic guidance and drives continuous improvement for the plant. The role oversees all aspects of the human resources function, supporting both operations and support teams, and executes the site‑level Strategic HR Plan. Core focus areas include compensation, training, employee relations, leave programs, staffing, culture, engagement, and building organizational capability. Responsibilities include developing and executing site HR strategy, leading HR initiatives, advising on policies, managing performance and talent processes, overseeing communication and change management, and driving employee engagement and inclusion programs. • Provide strategic HR guidance and drive continuous improvement as part of the site leadership team. • Execute the site‑level Strategic HR Plan across compensation, training, employee relations, leave, staffing, culture, and engagement. • Develop and implement HR strategies that promote compliance, culture, and business results. • Lead HR initiatives aligned with corporate and business group objectives. • Advise leadership on policies and regulations to ensure compliance. • Manage performance and talent processes, including goal setting, reviews, and succession planning. • Oversee communication, change management, and employee engagement programs. • Translate employee survey results into action plans and champion inclusion and diversity. • Administer compensation, recognition, workers' compensation, and leave programs. • Direct talent acquisition and retention strategies to meet short‑ and long‑term workforce needs.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree preferred, and possess at least five years of progressive HR experience, including two years in a manufacturing or distribution environment and relevant certifications such as PHR or SPHR. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills are required, along with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and a solid knowledge of employment laws. The role demands high organization, attention to detail, and the capacity to influence across a matrixed organization. Relocation assistance is available for candidates outside a 50‑mile radius of Jonesville, SC.
