About the Role
In this role you will oversee the tender management process for the Digital Energy team, collaborating with business units, vendors and integrators to create comprehensive bid packages while ensuring compliance with internal risk‑assessment and approval procedures. • Lead the end‑to‑end tender management process for the Digital Energy team, coordinating with business units, vendors and integrators. • Own the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, structuring and assembling bid packages together with subject‑matter experts. • Plan tender milestones, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely approvals, development and submission of proposals. • Conduct risk analyses, drive internal approval and compliance with company policies, and review tender Terms and Conditions with legal/risk teams. • Oversee preparation and compilation of all bid documentation, maintaining quality, accuracy and optimal solution presentation. • Develop and maintain a network across all business units and functions to support bid activities. • Participate actively in Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) programs, reporting non‑conformities as needed.

What You Bring

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate complex customer requirements into winning proposals and help shape our business growth. • University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years tender management experience in the electrical industry, preferably with large energy or building automation projects. • Proven contract management, risk assessment and strong organizational, proofreading and communication skills. • Ability to prioritize workload, work proactively with minimal direction and meet tight deadlines.
