About the Role

Key duties include loading and troubleshooting PLC ladder logic (Allen Bradley, Siemens, DeviceNet), building electrical panels, installing power drops, wiring motors, debugging sensors and light curtains, installing and servicing electronic equipment, and programming Fanuc robots. The technician also performs preventative maintenance and other assigned tasks. • Respond to machine downtime notifications and support production. • Load and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic (Allen Bradley, Siemens, DeviceNet). • Build electrical panels, install power drops, and wire motors. • Debug and repair sensors and light curtains. • Install and service electronic equipment and program Fanuc robots. • Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders.

What You Bring

Preferred candidates have multi‑discipline skills in robotics, machine repair, and electrical systems, with prior experience on extrusion and vacuum‑form equipment. An associate degree or certification in Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, or Electrical Systems is required. The role demands high accuracy, attention to detail, strong hand‑eye coordination, and the ability to work independently while communicating and collaborating with others. Physical requirements include lifting 25 lb frequently (up to 50 lb occasionally), bending, reaching above shoulder level, and using hands to manipulate parts and tools. • Possess multi‑discipline skills in robotics, machine repair, and electrical systems. • Prior experience with extrusion and vacuum‑form equipment. • Associate degree or certification in Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, or Electrical Systems. • Work independently, make decisions, and collaborate with accuracy. • Meet physical demands: lift 25‑50 lb, bend, reach, and use hand‑eye coordination.
