About the Role
The Physical Security Enablement Senior Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding Equinix’s global data center (IBX) footprint by leading security integration projects that span access control, video surveillance, intercom, and intrusion detection systems. This position works cross‑functionally with Cyber Security, Global Design & Construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and compliance. Key duties include maintaining alignment with executive stakeholders on security architecture, managing end‑to‑end project lifecycles, providing technical guidance for security design, and resolving day‑to‑day system issues across multiple sites. The analyst also develops training programs, conducts design reviews, and drives continuous improvement of security processes and technologies. • Lead complex, multi‑site security integration projects across global data centers • Align security architecture and policy with national and regional executive stakeholders • Manage project schedules, budgets, vendor relationships, risk mitigation, and performance reporting • Provide technical guidance for security design engineering and planning for new builds and expansions • Develop and execute project plans for installation, commissioning, and cutover of security platforms • Analyze operational and performance data to identify risks and improve productivity • Resolve day‑to‑day security system issues to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction • Conduct Single Point of Failure (SPOF) analyses, End‑of‑Life reviews, and site physical assessments • Deliver hands‑on technical support, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination • Design and deliver global training programs on security standards, tools, and processes • Identify training needs and facilitate knowledge transfer across stakeholder groups • Stay current on industry trends and introduce innovative security approaches • Review and refine physical security design standards for new builds, expansions, M&A • Recommend improvements to design, development, implementation, and operational processes • Conduct detailed drawing reviews with electrical, telecom, and IT partners to ensure compliance

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience in physical security systems and integration project management, or an equivalent eight years of experience without a degree. PMP certification is preferred and demonstrated expertise in multi‑site security projects is required. • Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of physical security systems and integration experience (or 8+ years equivalent) • PMP certification preferred

The role offers a location‑based salary range from $80,000 to $144,000, along with bonus and equity potential.
