About the Role
Housekeeping associates are responsible for maintaining the resort’s cleanliness standards and supporting guest satisfaction through diligent work and attention to detail. They work closely with management to ensure all areas meet quality expectations. • Maintain cleanliness and quality control in guest units and public common areas. • Inspect assigned rooms and public spaces to ensure resort standards are met. • Perform cleaning duties in units and common areas as scheduled. • Report quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with management. • Conduct written inspections on units per management directives. • Replace any missing inventory items in guest rooms. • Report maintenance problems and any suspicious activities to appropriate personnel. • Secure department assets and supplies in storage at all times. • Assist management with accurate linen and supply inventory tracking.

What You Bring
Successful candidates must be able to multitask, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and have at least one year of housekeeping experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. • Demonstrate ability to multitask and communicate effectively with guests and team members. • Possess a minimum of one year of housekeeping experience. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
