About the Role

Reporting to the Professional Supply Manufacturing Asset Team Leader, you will initiate, design, develop, and optimize manufacturing and converting assets while applying engineering principles and scientific analysis to meet unit objectives. • Design and develop manufacturing/converting assets to achieve unit goals. • Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies, and the Safety Roles and Responsibilities Matrix. • Maintain security and documentation for data retrieval and protection of proprietary information. • Identify, define, and solve problems to improve process capability and reduce defects. • Lead projects within corporate policies, emphasizing internal control and continuous improvement. • Promote diversity and inclusive teamwork to drive business results.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field) with over 10 years of technical or operational experience, including proficiency with PLCs, variable‑speed motor drives, HMI, and distributed control systems, plus a strong background in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement. • Communicate clearly and concisely with all stakeholders. • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. • 10+ years of experience in technical or operational assignments. • Hands‑on experience with PLCs, variable‑speed motor drives, HMI, and distributed control systems. • Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is desirable.
