About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties you will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues—including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing—ensure both interior and exterior of the property meet company standards and applicable laws, respond to maintenance tickets, follow up with residents and office staff on work status, and work in an on‑call rotation requiring night and weekend flexibility. • Participate in a 401(k) with company match.
