About the Role
In this position you will install home‑remodeling products according to Mad City standards, apply finish work as required, and communicate with management after each job to verify customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. You will also complete a carpentry checklist together with the homeowner at project completion. • Install remodeling products to company standards. • Perform finish work for all construction applications. • Report to management post‑installation to confirm satisfaction and approve final payment. • Conduct a final carpentry checklist with the homeowner.

What You Bring
Qualified candidates have at least two years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction, and specific experience installing or refacing kitchen cabinets. A valid driver’s license with a clean record, strong communication skills, and a customer‑service mindset are also required. • Possess 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience. • Have kitchen cabinet installation or refacing expertise. • Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Exhibit strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
