About the Role

The Sales Enablement Product Marketing Manager for LoopNet will partner with sales, marketing, product, and operations to unlock the sales channel’s potential through strategic content, tools, and training. By aligning marketing initiatives with sales needs, the role drives measurable improvements in sales cycle time, close rates, and revenue while leading a small team of enablement marketers. The manager will identify opportunities, deliver initiatives, and ensure compliance with playbooks to maximize prospect engagement and deal outcomes. • Create and update sales collateral (pitch decks, one‑pagers, brochures, scripts, battlecards, playbooks, email templates, case studies) • Translate new product or feature updates into value‑add sales talking points • Align marketing campaigns with sales assets and adapt them for sales use • Collaborate with sales leadership and training teams to host or prepare sales training and coaching sessions • Ensure sales teams use the latest compliant materials and playbooks • Analyze impact of marketing materials on prospect engagement, win rates, deal cycle, contract value, and retention • Conduct ride‑alongs and review call recordings to assess enablement effectiveness and adjust strategies • Manage a portfolio of enablement initiatives and develop a small team of sales‑focused marketers

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited in‑person university or college • Proven commitment and track record with prior employers • 5+ years of marketing experience with sales enablement focus, preferably in real estate, technology, or advertising, plus at least 2 years of people leadership • Strong sales‑oriented content development and storytelling skills; sales experience a plus • Expertise in sales training and coaching, either hands‑on or in partnership with trainers • Strategic thinker aligning sales and marketing goals • Analytical, data‑first mindset for performance measurement • Excellent organizational ability to prioritize and execute quickly • Strong communication skills, comfortable advocating and asking clarifying questions • Change‑management experience launching new initiatives and securing stakeholder buy‑in • Customer‑centric perspective on buying journeys and decisions • Professional, collaborative attitude with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels • Proficient with PowerPoint and presentation software • Experience with sales enablement and project management tools (e.g., Gong, Monday.com) • Emerging competency with AI tools (e.g., MS Co‑Pilot) to boost productivity
