About the Role

The specialist will link business stakeholders with IT, ensuring that the new global e‑commerce and quotation solution aligns with operational goals and delivers value across regions. • Support day‑to‑day operations of the global e‑commerce and quotation platform. • Serve as the first escalation point for users across countries for platform issues and inquiries. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice‑versa. • Maintain end‑to‑end process knowledge, train users, and promote platform adoption. • Ensure seamless integration with SAP and other systems, troubleshooting interface problems. • Collaborate with IT, product owners, and global/regional sales teams to drive continuous improvement. • Coordinate testing, manage minor releases and bug fixes, and provide release sign‑off. • Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators for platform performance and enhancements. • Ensure compliance with all relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. • Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity in all activities.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). • Possess 5+ years of experience in sales operations, e‑commerce or a similar function. • Demonstrate a strong service mindset, listening to stakeholders and delivering high‑quality solutions promptly. • Experience with complex SAP‑connected system integrations and interfaces. • Background in testing coordination, UAT or release management; hands‑on SAP knowledge a plus. • Proven stakeholder‑management skills across global business leaders and partners, with clear communication between business and IT. • Strong analytical abilities, technical affinity, and rapid learning of complex systems. • Hands‑on, structured, problem‑solving approach. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
