About the Role
• Provide guest information on resort services, activities, and local attractions • Transport clean and dirty linen between operations and buildings • Ensure delivered items to guest rooms are clean and functional • Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain resort standards • Assist co‑workers as needed • Communicate effectively with guests in English • Work flexible shifts, holidays, and weekends

What You Bring
• Replenish linen and guest amenities • Operate in a fast‑paced, flexible environment handling spontaneous guest and business demands • Physically able to work from ladders, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment, and handle cleaning chemicals • Tolerate humidity, temperature extremes, dust, and noise • Hospitality industry experience (preferred)
