About the Role
A typical day involves getting to know clients’ businesses intimately, solution‑selling across Domain’s product portfolio, presenting insights to key stakeholders, and strategising growth initiatives. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure a consistent approach, introduce new features that solve client problems, provide world‑class service by resolving queries quickly, and feed market intelligence back to the organisation while becoming an industry expert in residential real‑estate. • Own and grow a portfolio of top‑tier real‑estate agency accounts across Sydney. • Upsell new Domain SaaS products and feature bundles to drive adoption and loyalty. • Conduct solution‑selling meetings and present insights to key stakeholder teams. • Develop and execute strategic account growth initiatives. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery. • Introduce and demo new products that address client challenges. • Deliver prompt, world‑class customer service and resolve account issues. • Provide market intelligence on competitor activities and emerging opportunities.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has proven success in B2B consultative selling to key accounts, experience crafting custom product solutions, strong negotiation skills, and a curiosity for data and real‑estate insights. Confidence in public speaking, the ability to travel across Sydney, and a background in SaaS, digital media or real‑estate (including relevant certifications or a business‑related degree) are highly valued. • Proven B2B consultative selling experience with key accounts. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals. • Data‑driven mindset with passion for real‑estate insights. • Comfortable presenting to senior client decision‑makers. • Ability to travel across Sydney and surrounding suburbs as needed. • Preferred: experience selling to enterprise customers and SaaS or digital‑media background.
