About the Role

The HVAC Service Manager will lead a team of service technicians, dispatchers, and support staff, ensuring timely, high‑quality completion of service, repair, and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing department policies and safety standards, overseeing scheduling and dispatch to maximize efficiency, and monitoring financial performance such as budgets, margins, and profitability. The manager will also handle service agreements, warranty work, emergency calls, provide technical support to field staff, and collaborate with sales and project teams to grow service opportunities while maintaining compliance with all relevant codes and company standards. • Lead and manage HVAC/plumbing service technicians, dispatchers, and support staff • Ensure timely, high‑quality completion of service, repair, and maintenance projects • Develop, implement, and monitor department policies, procedures, and safety standards • Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and work assignments to maximize efficiency • Monitor service department financial performance, including budgets, margins, and profitability • Manage service agreements, warranty work, and emergency calls • Provide technical support and guidance to field staff • Collaborate with sales and project teams to expand service opportunities • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and company standards
