About the Role
In this role you will apply systems‑engineering practices to manage requirements, analyze architectures, integrate system components, and mitigate technical risks while ensuring compliance, reliability, and safety throughout the project lifecycle. You will also support interface management and uphold WSP’s Code of Conduct. • Manage and document system requirements aligned with project objectives and stakeholder needs. • Analyze system architectures and recommend improvements to optimize performance, reliability, and safety. • Conduct system integrations and evaluate performance to ensure compliance with specifications. • Oversee interface management to ensure compatibility between system components. • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks impacting project outcomes. • Apply systems engineering methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. • Exercise responsible and ethical decision‑making in line with WSP’s Code of Conduct.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related discipline and possesses 3–5 years of engineering experience with a systems‑engineering focus. They must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a Secret/Top Secret clearance, hold an Engineer‑in‑Training certification, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. WSP is an equal‑opportunity employer and requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States; relocation assistance is not available for this position. • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent. • 3–5 years of relevant post‑education engineering experience with systems engineering focus. • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret/Top Secret clearance. • Engineer‑in‑Training certification. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented skills. • Effective verbal and written communication for multidisciplinary teams. • Proficiency with systems engineering tools and practices. • Proven safety record and compliance with WSP health, safety, and harassment policies. • Preferred: Active Secret/Top Secret clearance.
