About the Role

The project focuses on high‑tech manufacturing. The role provides support for delivering client‑facing consultancy services, including advisory, management and coordination of climate‑change, sustainability and social‑value activities, and contributes to Mace’s corporate ambition to reduce client carbon emissions. It aims to deliver purpose‑led and measurable outcomes for clients. • Support development of client climate‑change, sustainability and social‑value strategies and ensure project outcomes are delivered. • Deliver service excellence with purpose‑led, measurable outcomes focused on climate change, social value and biodiversity. • Provide technical expertise and drive innovation in sustainability areas such as waste, energy/carbon, water, responsible sourcing or sustainable buildings. • Offer generalist advice on major sustainability issues to all relevant stakeholders. • Assist work‑winning through bid support, innovation, client liaison and external promotion of Mace services. • Contribute to positioning Mace as a leader in climate change and sustainability. • Manage the team and champion career development in a safe, supportive environment. • Collaborate to achieve net‑zero carbon transition, identifying and managing emissions and reductions during delivery. • Engage and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders effectively. • Drive PASW, BNG and V2S ambitions through positive influence and partnership. • Safety first – ensure a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment where wellbeing is prioritized. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement and inspire people to develop.
