About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor at Place at Midway provides maintenance support and ensures quality move‑in, resident satisfaction, and timely service. They act as a key link in delivering superior customer service to residents on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield. Key duties include preparing market‑ready apartments—painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping—completing resident service requests, and applying knowledge of plumbing, pool, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and appliance maintenance while keeping common areas, pools, and dog parks clean and safe. Additional responsibilities involve executing on‑call emergency procedures, reporting maintenance issues that affect the budget, scheduling and documenting preventative maintenance, and staying current with state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, and company safety policies. Work combines office tasks—using computers, phones, and standard office equipment—with travel between properties, exposure to varying weather, and physical demands such as lifting up to 100 lb, climbing stairs, and remaining seated or standing for most of the shift, with up to 10 % travel required. • Prepare market‑ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping. • Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally. • Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and pool/hot tub systems. • Maintain clean and safe common areas, grounds, pools, hot tubs, and dog parks. • Execute on‑call emergency procedures and respond to life‑safety issues. • Report budget‑impacting maintenance concerns such as vacant repairs and property damages. • Schedule and document preventative maintenance tasks. • Stay compliant with state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, and company safety policies. • Attend mandatory training programs from Cushman & Wakefield and local jurisdictions. • Provide superior customer service and represent the company professionally at all times. • Work any shift from Sunday to Saturday as required. • Utilize cleaning agents and equipment safely. • Apply basic math skills for measurements, rates, and ratios. • Operate standard office equipment and travel between properties in varying weather. • Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 lb, climbing stairs, and standing or sitting for most of the shift.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to work any shift Sunday‑Saturday, safe use of cleaning agents, basic math proficiency, a valid driver’s license, EPA 608 Type II (or CPO) certification, a high school diploma or technical training, and at least three years of related experience. • Hold a valid driver’s license; CPO certification if required by city or state. • Maintain EPA 608 Type II certification (or equivalent). • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or technical/vocational training. • Have at least 3 years of related maintenance experience.
