What You Bring
The Buildings Team is seeking a Full‑Time Structural Engineering Intern for Summer 2026, based in New York, NY. This temporary role is open to individuals currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program. • Learn basic structural engineering principles. • Enroll in an accredited Structural Engineering (or related) undergraduate program, graduating August 2026 or later; be at least 18 years old. • Demonstrate interest in structural engineering and a strong desire to advance related skills. • Communicate effectively with both engineering and non‑engineering audiences. • Possess basic proficiency in technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, and tools. • Be authorized to work in the United States at the start of the internship. • Preferably enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program in Structural Engineering (or related), graduating August 2026 or later. • Experience with drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit) and/or engineering analysis software (SAP, ETABS, RISA). • Prior internship experience and campus leadership involvement.

The expected hourly salary range is $22.16 – $31.37, with final compensation based on education, experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. • Hourly compensation range of $22.16 – $31.37, subject to experience, location, and internal equity.
