About the Role
The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management at an assigned site(s), managing staff and assisting the Regional Facilities Director and the JLL client account team with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role coordinates client requirements, vendor relationships, performance, and service delivery to ensure satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include establishing open communication with site leadership, providing overall facility services in line with standard processes, ensuring compliance with portfolio initiatives and applicable laws, and developing positive relationships with client points of contact and stakeholders. The manager inspects buildings, supports short‑ and long‑term projects, manages capital and expense budgets, and implements innovative programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity. Vendor management is a core function: assisting vendors with site visits and onboarding, reviewing KPIs and SLAs, monitoring contract terms and invoice compliance, supervising performance, resolving escalations, and contributing to performance assessments through scorecards and improvement plans. The manager also drives site KPIs, financial metrics, and reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods while supporting regional and account leadership as needed. • Serve as the primary facilities management contact for assigned site(s) and liaise with client leadership. • Manage vendor relationships, performance, contracts, and compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and SOWs. • Ensure facility services meet company standards, legal regulations, and client expectations. • Conduct routine building inspections to maintain high quality standards. • Support short‑ and long‑term projects, capital and expense budgeting, and daily maintenance. • Develop and implement programs that reduce operating costs and boost productivity. • Monitor and report site KPIs, financial metrics, and performance dashboards. • Supervise vendors onsite, including after‑hours support and issue escalation. • Collaborate with regional facilities director and account team to deliver quality services.

What You Bring
Required experience includes a minimum of six years in corporate, third‑party service provider, or consulting environments, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, and CMMS/Work Order systems. Candidates must be able to work independently, multitask, manage time constraints, and hold US citizenship due to government contract requirements. Preferred qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems. This position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Minimum six years experience in corporate, third‑party, or consulting facilities management roles. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis abilities. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, and CMMS/Work Order systems. • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time constraints. • US citizenship required due to government contract requirements. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; knowledge of real estate, telecom, furniture, accounting, and building systems.

Benefits
Compensation is estimated between $120,000 and $140,000 per year, with final packages determined by qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
