About the Role
In this role you will handle system diagnostics, perform repairs, and conduct regular maintenance on residential and light‑commercial heating and cooling equipment, ensuring reliable indoor comfort for customers. You will also manage routine inspections, address mechanical and electrical issues, and keep customers informed about the condition of their systems. • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces. • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system tune‑ups. • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues. • Communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to customers. • Complete service documentation using mobile technology. • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional company vehicle and work area. • Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and local/state regulations. • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
