About the Role
The Storeroom Supervisor will oversee daily storeroom and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper material flow, and safe handling practices. They will implement and maintain effective systems for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and documenting materials, including accurate ERP (SAP) transactions and reporting. Coordination with maintenance, production, procurement, and logistics teams will be essential to forecast needs, manage purchase orders, and support cross‑border shipments. Leadership responsibilities include training, supporting, and guiding storeroom staff while fostering a safe, compliant, and productive work environment that meets PPE, quality, environmental, and audit standards. The supervisor will maintain strong inventory discipline by monitoring stock levels, identifying slow‑moving, obsolete, or critical items, and recommending adjustments. Inventory controls such as cycle counts, physical inventories, variance investigations, and continuous improvement of stock accuracy will be executed and overseen. Materials will be organized efficiently through effective storage, labeling, equipment use, and warehouse layout to optimize space and accessibility. The role operates in an industrial and warehouse setting with regular movement between indoor and outdoor areas, requiring safe navigation of active plant zones and work around heavy equipment and materials. What You Bring
Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field and possess 3–5 years of experience supervising industrial stores or warehouses, preferably in cement or heavy industry. Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP platforms, ideally SAP, along with effective communication and collaboration skills across functions, vendors, and logistics partners, are required. The ability to organize work, prioritize in a fast‑paced environment, and lead a team is essential. • Require diploma/degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field. • Require 3–5 years industrial stores or warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in cement or heavy industry. • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP platforms, ideally SAP. • Effective communication and collaboration across functions, vendors, and logistics partners. • Ability to prioritize work, lead teams, and thrive in fast‑paced industrial environment.
