What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with 3–5 years of relevant mechanic experience, and may need to supply their own tools. Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, flexibility in a fast‑paced setting, and possible bilingual ability are essential. • High school diploma or GED required; trade school training desired. • 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment. • May need to provide your own mechanic tools. • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting. • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting. • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location.
