About the Role

As a Water Leak Technician you will safely carry out both reactive and proactive work on refrigeration‑based condensate pipework, responding first‑line to logged leaks, locating sources, repairing or replacing faulty pipework and components, clearing blockages, and maintaining internal drainage systems, drop‑down pipework and dairy pump trays where needed. You will diagnose equipment faults, provide effective solutions or escalate issues, ensure jobs are completed within SLA timeframes, meet all KPI targets, and adhere to Arcus health and safety procedures and client site requirements. • Perform reactive and proactive water‑leak repairs on refrigeration pipework. • Identify leak sources, replace faulty components, and clear blockages. • Maintain internal drainage systems, drop‑down pipework, and pump trays. • Diagnose equipment faults, implement solutions or escalate as needed. • Complete jobs within SLA timeframes, meet KPI targets, and follow health & safety standards. • Plan routes, prioritise aged work orders, and aim for first‑time‑fix outcomes. • Work night shifts (45 hrs/week) and participate in on‑call rota rotations. • Use IT tools, apps, and email for job management and communication.

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to plan routes, manage a daily workload, and prioritise aged work orders to achieve a first‑time‑fix ethic. Candidates should have basic plumbing experience (water‑leak or drainage work advantageous), basic electrical knowledge is desirable, and hold a full UK driving licence. IT competence with apps and email is essential, as is the ability to work night shifts, Monday‑Friday for 45 hours per week, with on‑call rota assignments (1‑4 or 1‑8) as demand dictates. • Hold a full UK driving licence and possess basic plumbing knowledge (water‑leak or drainage experience preferred).
