Operate reach trucks to unload, store, and move inbound shipments safely in the receiving area.

About the Role
The operator will unload incoming shipments, transport materials to storage locations, pick and shuttle pallets using scanners and computer systems, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Cross‑training on other distribution‑center functions and additional duties may be assigned as needed. • Operate reach truck to unload trucks and move products to designated storage locations. • Complete order picking, full pallet picking, and pallet shuttling using scanners and computer systems. • Read work orders or oral instructions to determine material and equipment needs. • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials safely. • Maintain a clean, debris‑free, and safe work environment. • Support cross‑training and assist with other distribution‑center functions as assigned. • Obtain forklift operator certification and adhere to safety regulations.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1‑2 years of forklift experience, and the ability to obtain certification. They must understand safety regulations, be comfortable with scanner‑directed work, and possess the physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and operate a stand‑up forklift for an entire shift. • Hold a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of warehouse forklift experience. • Demonstrate ability to work with scanner‑directed jobs and meet productivity and quality standards. • Meet physical requirements: stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, lift up to 50 lb occasionally.
