About the Role

The Business Analyst Intern will partner with business leaders and the Business Process Optimization & Intelligent Automation team to identify, analyze, and optimize processes across the organization. This role provides hands‑on business transformation experience in a collaborative team environment while developing skills in process improvement and automation technologies. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business leaders to document existing processes using analysis and design‑thinking techniques. • Analyze data and documentation to pinpoint inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. • Create and document business requirements for future technical solutions. • Assist in developing and implementing low‑code automation solutions to optimize processes. • Monitor and report automation performance, identifying areas for refinement. • Develop communications and presentations for stakeholders.

What You Bring

Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, and possess a basic understanding of process modeling, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication. A proactive and disciplined approach, along with the ability to work effectively in a team, is essential. • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. • Familiarity with automation technologies, including emerging AI. • Proficiency with digital tools for data analysis and documentation (e.g., spreadsheets, virtual whiteboards). • Experience developing automations on low‑code platforms such as Power Platform or Automation Anywhere. • Experience using design‑thinking techniques like interviewing, journey mapping, and brainstorming. • 6 months to 1 year of industry experience.
