About the Role

The role contributes to product manufacturing, material handling, and quality testing while supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Employees are expected to follow safety best practices and may work on Lean/Continuous Improvement teams to enhance efficiency and delivery performance. • Maintain a safe workplace and adhere to safety best practices. • Participate in cross‑functional Lean/Continuous Improvement teams to boost process efficiency, quality, and delivery. • Assemble products using machines and hand tools. • Test assembled products with specialized test machinery. • Inspect components using fixtures, gauges, and other measurement tools. • Perform shipping, receiving, stockroom, material movement, and packaging duties. • Utilize computer systems to manage manufacturing documents, inventory transactions, and production data.

What You Bring
