About the Role
The Sales Executive role at LoopNet involves representing sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions to top owners and brokers. You will develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, advise on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy, and highlight ROI using proprietary analytics. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, studying market trends, delivering product demonstrations, and building long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships, all supported by extensive classroom and field training. • Build and manage client relationships through consultative sales to drive advertising revenue. • Prospect new clients using CoStar property data and close new business. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to achieve sales targets. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends. • Deliver exceptional customer support with regular communication and value‑added insights. • Conduct in‑person meetings and travel as needed to nurture client relationships.

What You Bring
• 4+ years B2B sales experience. • 2+ years commercial real estate experience. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Proven record of exceeding sales targets. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Experience building senior‑level relationships. • Strong data analysis and reporting skills for strategic recommendations. • Reliable access to a vehicle. • Adaptability in a high‑growth environment. • Self‑starter able to work independently and within a team.
