About the Role
The Processing Technician ensures the safe and effective treatment and handling of containerized wastes. This role involves receiving, screening, unloading, treating, and tracking both incoming waste streams and outgoing residuals. Key duties include reviewing, signing, and processing incoming manifests, directing off‑loading of non‑bulk containers into storage, and using a handheld barcode scanner for accurate recordkeeping. The technician operates a forklift to move containers, collects and analyzes waste samples, consolidates like‑wastes to improve economic outcomes, stores containers in designated areas, and generates and applies internal barcode labels.

What You Bring
Candidates should be able to operate light equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, possess basic computer skills for scanner operation, and be proficient with hand and shop tools.
