About the Role

Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and washing floors with both light and heavy commercial buffers and shampoo machines, vacuuming rugs in offices and public areas, and spot cleaning or shampooing rugs as directed. The role also involves dusting and cleaning furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, light fixtures, and other horizontal surfaces, as well as washing interior windowsills, glass doors, partitions, and specified windows, and maintaining interior walls on a daily basis. Bathroom duties require daily cleaning, restocking paper supplies, damp wiping glass surfaces, emptying waste baskets, servicing soap and toilet paper dispensers, dusting sills, cleaning tile walls and stalls, and reporting any defects such as clogged urinals or lights out.
