Job Highlights
About the Role
• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and health & safety updates. • Ensure contractor compliance with contract standards and specifications. • Keep daily records of contractor personnel and equipment resources. • Perform site supervision and inspections as directed by Resident or Structural Engineer. • Liaise daily with contractor to manage resources, health & safety, and equipment. • Prepare daily reports for RE/SE covering work orders, material deliveries, and inspections. • Implement site instructions issued by RE and SE. • Apply site quality control and quality assurance procedures. • Conduct site measurements and surveys needed for bridge and related structures. • Coordinate with client project manager during site inspections with RE/SE present. • Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain records. • Assist SE and RE in preparing contract‑compliant correspondences. • Resolve site issues promptly in collaboration with RE/SE. • Oversee start‑up, commissioning, and handover, maintaining milestone records. • Record material test results and completed works. • Audit inspections for conformity to contract documents and contractor plans.

What You Bring
The role requires a minimum of seven years of experience on similar projects, including at least three years in the UAE. UAE experience is preferred, along with relevant background in structural and roads projects. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, and RTA approval is an advantage.
