About the Role

Key responsibilities involve following standard processes, completing assigned tasks on time, and ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. Technicians must keep work sites clean, inform customers of task progress, fill job completion certificates, and prepare inspection reports with site conditions, scope of work and technical recommendations. Daily duties include inspecting air‑conditioning units, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, estimating labor and material requirements, repairing or replacing damaged parts, and performing regularly scheduled maintenance. Technicians must also adjust internal electrical controls, clean coils and blowers, manage tool inventory, rig gantry lifts safely, and recognize safety hazards to implement proper controls. • Prepare and complete inspection, technical and job completion reports • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical HVAC faults • Perform scheduled maintenance, clean coils, blowers and adjust controls • Estimate labor hours and material requirements for service tasks • Maintain clean work sites and keep customers informed of progress • Manage tool inventory and safely rig gantry lifts for equipment handling • Identify safety hazards, implement controls and attend EH&S trainings • Escalate complex issues to Operations or Technical Manager when needed

What You Bring

The role is HVAC Technician. Candidates should hold a diploma in HVAC&R (or equivalent) and have 1‑3 years of relevant experience with HVAC equipment maintenance and repair. The position requires a solid understanding of EH&S practices, tool utilization, and strong English communication skills. Qualifications include a diploma in Air‑Conditioning & Refrigeration, a valid driver’s licence (preferred), and knowledge of industry‑standard maintenance, repair guidelines, and manufacturer specifications. Applicants must be familiar with hazard and safety procedures, MSDS handling, inspection and technical reporting, and basic mechanical, electrical and building‑automation concepts. Good interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation and customer focus are essential. The role requires the ability to work independently, escalate issues to the Operations or Technical Manager when needed, and collaborate closely with colleagues as part of an integrated team. Participation in regular EH&S and technical trainings and meetings is mandatory. Product knowledge expected covers DX and air‑side equipment, including reciprocating, screw, scroll chillers and related systems. Mastery of these systems supports accurate diagnostics and effective repairs. • Hold a diploma in HVAC&R (or equivalent) with 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience • Valid driver’s licence preferred • Knowledge of HVAC maintenance, repair guidelines and manufacturer specifications • Familiarity with hazard, safety practices and MSDS handling • Proficient in English communication (speaking, reading, writing, listening) • Work independently and collaborate within an integrated team • Understand DX and air‑side equipment, including reciprocating, screw, and scroll chillers
