About the Role
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Edinburgh team. • Collaborate with senior project managers and engineers to monitor expenditures and forecast financial needs. • Prepare and maintain project schedules aligned with resource availability. • Assist in procurement, tenders, budget management, cost tracking, and financial reporting. • Track project performance to identify cost overruns or resource shortages. • Maintain documentation related to project financials and contracts. • Support risk assessment to mitigate financial and resourcing challenges. • Use project management software and financial tools to maintain accurate records and reports.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with experience in project coordination, financial management or resource planning, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in project‑management and financial software such as MS Project and Excel.
