About the Role

The role includes acting as Engineer of Record, leading coordination meetings, and participating in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. You will also prepare proposals, administer contracts, and contribute to firm‑wide expert teams. • Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned projects. • Lead and supervise coordination meetings. • Supervise staff, assign tasks, and mentor team members. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria. • Manage construction administration (field reports, RFIs, bulletins, addenda). • Coordinate monthly invoicing with accounting and monitor receivables. • Participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. • Prepare proposals and administer project contracts and service agreements. • Conduct system analysis and prepare reports on options and building conditions. • Contribute to firm‑wide expert teams committee and technical training.

What You Bring

Successful candidates must hold a current PE license, have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and possess at least 12 years of consulting experience with a focus on MEP, including three years of supervisory experience and hands‑on design using CAD/Revit. Healthcare design experience and work on critical facilities, commercial, or aviation projects are preferred. • Current PE registration. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 12 years consulting experience in MEP engineering. • At least 3 years supervisory experience. • Hands‑on design expertise with CAD/Revit. • Healthcare design experience; experience with critical facilities, commercial, or aviation projects preferred.
