About the Role
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safe forklift operation to stack material, load trailers, and empty full containers throughout the facility efficiently and safely. • Inspect forklift before and after use, confirming cleanliness of windows, lights, mirrors, and proper operating condition. • Load trailers safely and efficiently. • Organize warehouse material. • Empty full containers and trash bins throughout the day in coordination with the supervisor. • Monitor equipment condition continuously to minimize downtime. • Follow all safety policies and procedures. • Report daily work assignments to the shift supervisor. • Provide professional, courteous customer service and demonstrate honesty and trustworthiness. • Follow through on schedules and resolve challenges as they arise. • Adhere to company policies, promote safety standards, and avoid inappropriate risks.

What You Bring
• Obtain OSHA forklift certification (powered industrial truck) per 29 CFR 1910.178. • Manage time effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently. • Possess at least 1 year of forklift operating experience. • Have at least 1 year experience working in OSHA‑regulated environments.
