About the Role
• Build, repair, and maintain telecom utility projects using construction expertise. • Perform outdoor utility construction work and troubleshoot field issues. • Train and mentor crew on tools, equipment, and safety procedures. • Operate machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, and hydraulic reel trailers. • Manage all aspects of job-site construction activities. • Ensure work is completed according to high-quality standards. • Prioritize safety in daily tasks and decision-making.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate a track record of high-quality work completion. • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. • Ability to coach and mentor team members. • Experience with telecom construction (coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, aerial and underground work). • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 3E251, 3E271, 4305) are a plus.
