About the Role

The Senior General Manager role leads comprehensive real‑estate operations for a Class A office complex in Jersey City. This executive position manages complex client relationships, drives service excellence, and aligns business strategies with JLL's vision of a brighter way for clients and employees. Daily responsibilities include overseeing operational performance across the portfolio, acting as a strategic advisor to executive‑level clients, and mentoring senior managers to build a collaborative culture. The role works closely with regional and global leadership to implement best practices, manage a multi‑million‑dollar P&L, and present performance insights to senior stakeholders while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. • Oversee operational performance of the Class A office portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction • Serve as primary strategic advisor to executive‑level clients, building and maintaining key relationships • Mentor and develop senior management talent, fostering collaboration across global teams • Partner with regional and global leaders to implement best practices and achieve organizational goals • Manage P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization for >$50 million annual revenue • Present business performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and promote team wellbeing

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or a related field and possess at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate or professional services. A proven record of managing operations with P&L responsibility exceeding $50 million, strong business development skills, and the ability to lead teams of 25 plus professionals are essential, along with advanced financial acumen and executive communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree, professional certifications such as CCIM or SIOR, and experience with global real‑estate operations, mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation initiatives.
