What You Bring
Candidates should have either a four‑year degree with at least one year of related experience or three to four years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and be at least 21 years old. Desired competencies include strong project management, new‑business development, customer retention, effective communication, negotiation, and solid computer skills, with preferred knowledge of ground protection or industrial equipment and Spanish language ability in some locations. • Hold a 4‑year degree with at least 1 year related experience or 3‑4 years sales experience. • Possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be at least 21 years old. • Demonstrate strong project management, new‑business development, and customer‑retention abilities. • Exhibit effective communication, negotiation, and computer skills. • Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment preferred. • Bilingual Spanish capability preferred for some locations.
