About the Role
The position involves complete assembly of complex standard products, following prescribed procedures for tubing layout, pipe bending, and welding. Tasks include mounting motors, compressors, and drive gears; drilling and slotting holes; performing soft‑foot alignment, offset measurements, air‑pressure testing, evacuation, oil flush/run, and vessel location. You will use power and hand tools, read blueprints, ensure parts meet specifications, detect defects, maintain a clean 5S work area, and support Kaizen and other continuous‑improvement activities. • Complete assembly of complex standard products, including tubing layout, pipe bending, and welding. • Mount motors, compressors, and drive gears; drill and slot holes in package bases. • Perform soft‑foot alignment, offset measurements, and air‑pressure testing on packages. • Conduct evacuation, oil flush/run, and vessel location tasks on packages. • Use power and hand tools, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications and test requirements. • Detect and report material or part defects; maintain a clean, safe work area per 5S standards. • Participate in Kaizen events, 5S programs, and other continuous‑improvement activities. • Prepare packages for painting, tagging, and shipping. • Follow all safety policies and JHRA procedures.

Benefits
The shift runs from 2 pm to 10 pm, Monday‑Friday, with training on the first‑shift schedule (6 am‑2 pm). Physical demands include standing, sitting, or walking eight hours daily, lifting no more than 35 lb, and frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and fine manipulation.
