Full-cycle, high-volume recruiter for Renuity's field operations.

About the Role
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field roles from requisition intake through offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define hiring needs and priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach. • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demand. • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide hiring decisions. • Keep accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed.

What You Bring
• Deliver a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience. • 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably high‑volume. • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities. • Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby a plus). • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
