About the Role
• Analyze complex real estate development, asset portfolios, and operations to determine highest and best use and market values. • Apply valuation methodologies, assess risks, and build financial models to support client outcomes. • Conduct market, economic, and demographic research using JLL and third‑party data sources. • Prepare and deliver written reports and presentation decks communicating analysis results. • Build and maintain internal and client relationships throughout project engagements. • Support business development activities, including client proposals and pitch materials. • Track leads and opportunities in Salesforce and keep project databases up‑to‑date. • Organize team meetings and assist with overall project administration. • Participate in client engagement sessions and present recommendations.

What You Bring
The 2026 summer Consulting internship (June 1 – August 7) offers students hands‑on experience in market research, financial modeling, and report preparation. Interns analyze development projects, asset portfolios, market data, and economic research, present findings to internal teams and clients, and support business development and team operations across Denver, Washington DC, Austin, or Chicago. Applicants must be current undergraduate or graduate students in real estate, finance, political science, data analytics, or related fields, possess strong Excel and analytical abilities, and have effective written and verbal communication. US work authorization is required, relocation aid is not provided, and compensation is estimated $8,400 – $9,600 annually. Benefits include 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision coverage, paid parental leave, PTO, and Daily Pay. • Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in real estate, finance, political science, data analytics, or a related discipline. • Demonstrate strong Excel/financial analysis skills and effective verbal and written communication. • US work authorization required; no relocation assistance or visa sponsorship offered.
