About the Role
• Develop detailed, practical 3‑month lookahead maintenance programs. • Partner with supervisors to scope works aligned with contract and site needs. • Create thorough work packs, schedule labour and coordinate materials. • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date schedules and continuously optimise them. • Review completed work for quality, cost, timeliness and overall performance. • Build strong, consistent communication channels with the client. • Support ongoing safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring
We’re looking for a Maintenance Planner Scheduler who enjoys structure, coordination, problem‑solving and keeping things running smoothly. If you thrive on turning complex maintenance needs into clear, organised plans, you’ll fit right in. You’ll work a Tuesday–Friday week, with a total remuneration package inclusive of super $140,000–$160,000 (TFR, pending experience). • Previous experience in maintenance planning or a similar role. • Practical knowledge of coal plant operations. • Experience using CMMS systems. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • White Card (essential).
