About the Role
The role involves efficiently managing field operations, controlling subcontractors' day‑to‑day activities, and ensuring material supplies are coordinated with the Site Manager. You will also assist in planning site activities, maintain safety and quality standards, and deputise for the Site Manager when required. • Organise and control labour and subcontractors on site. • Prepare weekly planning sheets to keep the build programme on schedule. • Direct contractors to meet quality standards and compliance. • Coordinate material availability with the Site Manager to support the construction timetable. • Ensure all personnel follow Construction Health and Safety Regulations and internal safety procedures. • Conduct frequent safety inspections and enforce method statements and risk assessments. • Liaise daily with the Sales Executive on customer options, variations, and supply/installation issues. • Arrange and accompany NHBC and Local Authority inspections, ensuring successful stage sign‑offs. • Assist with Home Quality Inspections to deliver defect‑free homes at legal completion. • Perform regular property inspections, create snagging lists, and verify contractors adhere to drawings and specifications.

What You Bring
Candidates need a trade background, an NVQ Level 4 in Residential Construction Site Supervision, and detailed knowledge of the building process, NHBC standards and Building Regulations. First‑aid certification and a CSCS card at Manager/Supervisor level are also required.
